What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and USDT (Arbitrum network). All payment transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
Engagement Rings
How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Engagement rings are made to order and typically ship in 15-20 days. The estimated ship date for your design is shown in the ring studio. Before shipping, we photograph your finished ring and send the photos for your approval. After a ring ships, standard delivery takes 5-10 business days within the US and Canada, at the same rates as our standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange a custom engagement ring?
Custom rings are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Exchanges for a different style or size are not available on custom rings. If anything is wrong, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Can my ring be resized?
Yes. Resizing is available for a fee; contact [email protected] with your order number for a quote. To get the size right the first time, use our size guide before ordering.
Does my lab-grown diamond come with a grading report?
Yes. Every center diamond ships with its grading report. You can choose the grading lab when you order, or contact [email protected] to confirm the options for your diamond.

What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials including crystal-colored glass, simulated pearl and stone beads, shell, natural wood, and silver-tone and gold-tone metal accents. Each bead listing shows the specific material. For allergy concerns, please contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store jewelry in a dry place, avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals, and clean gently with a soft cloth. See our blog for detailed care guides.
