Shipping Information
Free Shipping: On all orders over $99 USD.
Standard Shipping: $5.99 — estimated 5-10 business days.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping may be available for select destinations — contact us for details.
Engagement Rings
Production: Engagement rings are made to order and typically ship in 15-20 days. Your estimated ship date is shown in the ring studio. Before shipping, we photograph your finished ring and send the photos for your approval.
Delivery: Rings ship at the standard rates above, with standard delivery in 5-10 business days within the United States and Canada.
Returns: Custom rings are final sale unless damaged or defective. Report damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery (see below).
Resizing and exchanges: Resizing is available for a fee; contact [email protected] for a quote. Custom rings cannot be exchanged for a different style or size, and the design cannot be changed once production has started.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Custom or personalized items are final sale
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
